Standing at just over 6 feet tall, the Portrait is made to draw attention from a distance. It was first added to Ideum’s lineup in 2016 as a freestanding digital kiosk and a video wall alternative. The Portrait has evolved beyond this more limited design in the eight years since its introduction. The latest model includes a 55-inch 4K commercial LG display with a 3M/TES capacitive touch sensor that delivers exceptional clarity and durability and can handle high-traffic environments effortlessly. The touchscreen kiosk is powered by an Intel® Core™ processor and NVIDIA dedicated graphics, ensuring seamless multitasking and high-quality graphics for demanding applications.
Like all of our touch tables and displays, the Portrait is crafted from aircraft-grade aluminum. It is built to withstand heavy usage while maintaining a sleek and modern design. It is designed and built in the USA in our studio in Corrales, New Mexico. All of the components are sourced from local and industry-leading manufacturers, making the Portrait the most powerful and resilient digital kiosk of its kind.
As with our other touch tables and displays, the Portrait has a range of add-ons and customization options. You can choose from an endless range of custom powder coat colors and finishes to match the kiosk's environment. The base also lends itself to a custom logo, making it perfect for trade shows, retail environments, and corporate settings.
It is unique among our hardware because it features an optional camera for advanced motion tracking, enabling touchless interactions and augmented reality applications. This makes it perfect for interactive installations, educational exhibits, and retail applications.
