Exhibit Designer

Full Time

The Exhibit Designer’s role includes creative development, design execution, and project coordination through all phases of the design process for 2-4 concurrent large and small projects. The role is focused on the design, integration, and coordination of exhibits and other scenic, multimedia, and display elements within the architectural spaces where they will be installed. Special attention will be needed to effectively implement emerging technologies and non-traditional interfaces.

Creative Technologist

Full Time

The Creative Technologist assists the Creative Services team at Ideum in designing and developing cutting-edge museum exhibits. The Media Systems department produces unique, custom-designed AV exhibit installations for our customers and provides support to our internal teams.

Fabrication Floor Manager

Full Time

Ideum is seeking a skilled and dedicated Fabrication Floor Manager to lead daily operations in our fabrication shop. This full-time, on-site role is essential to maintaining an efficient, clean, and safe facility while ensuring project schedules are met and quality standards upheld. The Floor Manager works under the direction of the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and collaborates closely with exhibit designers, producers, technicians, industrial designers, and fabricators to manage workflows, review production readiness, and support the successful execution of one-of-a-kind exhibit components.

Exhibit Fabricator I

Full Time

We seek a full-time Exhibit Fabricator to help build and install custom exhibits. We are looking for a detail-oriented, entry-level craftsperson who can help us create world-class exhibits and installations. The work is bespoke—every project is different and no two days are the same. We often embed digital systems into the objects we create, such as the multitouch displays built by our product manufacturing team or custom exhibits designed by our Creative Services group. Our clients for these projects are world-famous museums, zoos, aquariums, and Fortune 500 companies worldwide. This in-person position is at Ideum's studios in scenic Corrales, New Mexico.

Exhibit Technician 1

Full Time

We seek an Exhibit Technician to work in our hardware workshop, which assembles and supports multitouch tables, kiosks, touch displays, and custom exhibit installations. We are looking for a detail-oriented, quality-focused candidate to help us build the most reliable integrated systems.

Producer

Full Time

The Producer oversees interactive media projects and is involved in large exhibition projects, working with clients and Ideum’s creative staff. We produce projects for museums, zoos & aquariums, visitor centers, and tradeshows. A Producer will have proven to be both a highly skilled project manager and an excellent manager of employees and occasionally contractors. The Producer is expected to have a broad and deep understanding of trends and new developments in our industry, including the range of experience design and exhibit development approaches for different types of clients, design and production processes and tools, and critical hardware and software products and processes.
