Over the last few weeks, we’ve received several inquiries from our clients and partners about the availability of our products. In addition, some have expressed concerns about pricing and possible price increases in the new year. Much of this concern is based on proposed tariffs and other changes in the electronics industry. I thought it best to address those concerns and let you know about some exciting new products we will announce in 2025.

First, we secured many components, enabling us to build out virtually all our current products in large numbers. We know that those of you planning large exhibits or creating showrooms or experience centers count on our touch tables and Presenter Displays and, increasingly, on our Inline large-format open-frame displays and our Reader Rail touch screen kiosks and displays.

We are the only company (that we know of) that has large quantities of the 3M (TES) sensors in the USA. These are the best-in-class touch technology with 80 touchpoints. These sensors support our Tangible Engine software, which allows object recognition on our touch tables. This software was the first of its kind, initially developed in 2016; it is robust, reliable, and well-supported.

We do not expect any significant price increases, and we’ve been working on building up our batch sizes to lower prices. In fact, our 43” Presenter and Inline displays, kiosks, and touch screen tables dropped in price earlier this year. We will continue to offer discounts to our partners, repeat customers, and multiple unit purchases. We are committed to making the best hardware for demanding environments and public spaces while offering our clients the best pricing, service, and support.

In addition, we are continuing to offer our software development, exhibit design, AV design, and custom fabrication services. We have some new and exciting installations launching in the new year, but we are always looking for interesting and challenging projects. Check out the newly redesigned capabilities section of our website.

What’s New?

We will announce new products and product improvements in the new year. Here’s a list of what’s planned for early next year.

Our Inline series of large-format open-frame displays will soon have a new secondary integration method. This will be optimized for wall placement, allowing easier installation and access. In addition, we’ve already improved the thermal qualities of this display with improved components and cooling.

Our Tasting Table with the Wine Experience (and a new Sparkling Wine module) will be officially released. Pricing and availability will be announced early in the new year. You can learn more about this unique hardware and software bundle on the Sensory Dining website. We will have a booth at the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium in Sacramento, CA, on the 29th and 30th of January, 2025. You can find us with the Tasting Table in the New Mexico Wine and Grape Growers Association booth (Ballroom A, booth A2315).

We are in the final stages of designing a new 43” Portrait touch screen kiosk to join our very popular 55” Portrait. We expect the prototype in early 2025. We will debut that smaller standup kiosk at the Association of Children’s Museums InterActivity conference, which will be held in Albuquerque in May.

Finally, we will announce new pricing for a unique software and hardware bundle for our popular EM Spectrum exhibit on our dual 49” Pano touch table. The Pano is unique with dual 4K displays and a 90” glass sensor. The EM Spectrum exhibit is featured in museums worldwide, with installations in North and South America, Asia, and Europe.

Finally, with the holidays upon us, it is a good time to express our gratitude and appreciation to all our partners and clients. This month marks our 25th anniversary in business, and we wouldn’t be here without you. Thank you.
