We are releasing our Sparkling Wine Module for the Tasting Table just in time for the holidays. This new module allows wineries, tasting rooms, and wine bars to host sparkling wine tastings. With dedicated tasting tips and a modified tasting wheel, the Sparkling Module is a festive and interactive experience that will make your sparkling wine tasting shine!
The Sparkling Wine Module is a new module within the Wine Experience Software that comes bundled with our Tasting Table. It accompanies the Still Wine Module, which supports tastings with non-sparkling red, white, orange, and rosé wines.
The Sparkling Wine Module includes detailed and specified tasting tips. Guests are guided on how to taste sparkling wine, which often has much more delicate aromas and flavors than its still counterpart. Our tasting wheel was modified to reflect aromas and flavors that are present in sparkling wine (such as cream, brioche, and toast). Guests also get to reflect on the level of effervescence of the sparkling wine.
For those who missed the release of our newest product, the Tasting Table and Wine Experience is a hardware and software bundle that allows wineries, tasting rooms, and wine bars to host interactive wine tastings. The Tasting Table is a multitouch table designed to fit into tasting environments. It has a stylish base of steel and wood and is bar height, which makes it blend seamlessly into tasting rooms and wine bars.
The Wine Experience is interactive wine-tasting software that provides a new way to experience wine, demystifying and deepening the tasting experience. More information about the hardware and software can be found on the Sensory Dining website.
To try the Tasting Table and Wine Experience, you can visit our first permanent installation at the New Mexico Wine Studio in Old Town Albuquerque. The NM Wine Studio is open Wednesday through Sunday and hosts both sparkling and still wine tastings with wines from the state. You can reserve a tasting experience with 4 wines on the NM Wine Studio website.
Not located in New Mexico? No worries! We will have a booth at the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium in Sacramento, CA on the 29th and 30th of January 2025. You can find us with the Tasting Table in the New Mexico Wine and Grape Growers Association booth (Ballroom A, booth A2315). We would love to see you there!
The new year will bring more exciting updates for the Tasting Table and Wine Experience. We will be hosting more events with both VARA Winery and the NM Wine Studio, will be attending more conferences and tradeshows, and will announce more updates to the Wine Experience software. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated!
