We are very excited to get the show on the road once again, making appearances at several conferences in the next two months and coming year. Next week, Ideum's Founder Jim Spadaccini will deliver the keynote speech at the International Surfaces and Spaces (ISS) Conference in Pittsburgh. A team from Ideum will join him there to reveal a new prototype touch display, which will also travel to our other conferences.
In early December, Ideum will be exhibiting at the Digital Signage Expo (DSE) in Las Vegas. Find us at Booth #533 to check out the new prototype display, our Portrait kiosk, and our wildly popular new Reader Rail display, all of which will be demonstrating interactive work that we've created with museums, zoos, and Fortune 500 clients.
You can also find us at the Digital Signage Experience "DIZZIE" Awards, where the interactive Helios Wine Bar we created with MSC Cruise Lines is a finalist. Congratulations to MSC and all of our project partners. There's some amazing work in this year's field of contenders — big congratulations to all the nominees, and we hope to meet you all at the awards ceremony!
It has been a good year for Ideum in terms of recognition. This spring, we were recognized as a Champion of Diversity by the Fish and Wildlife Service for our work with the Valle de Oro National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center. The visitor center is also a top-three finalist for the National Interpreters Association's Interpretive Media Awards in the Accessibility category; all winners will be announced at NAI's national conference in early November.
Meanwhile, at the 2023 Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) conference last month, the Wildlife Explorers Basecamp at the San Diego Zoo won Top Honors for the Exhibit Award, and Into the Deep at the Monterey Bay Aquarium received an Innovation Award in the same category.
Finally, looking ahead to 2024, we will be returning to Las Vegas in June for InfoComm 24. Stay in touch, and we'll share more details as the show gets closer. Come find us at any of these events — we'd love to see you there!
