It has been nearly three years since we offered the first commercially available 8K touch table. Since then, 8K displays have slowly improved in quality and support from graphics cards. If you have followed our blog posts, you know that we’ve been experimenting with OLED , QLED, and other emerging display tech for some time now. We’ve also been watching the development of MiniLED displays, which don’t have the burn-in issues that plague OLED displays. The other advantage of MiniLED is high resolution, and we’ve evaluated several 8K displays.
Our 75” Pro Touch Table uses an LG MiniLED 8K display, and we are offering a 65” version, too. These screens are bright and responsive and have a fantastic resolution of 7,680 x 4,320. We are still offering the popular, 4K 65” with a commercial LG display. We now have five different displays available for the versatile Pro Touch Table.
We also offer the 65” 8K as a Presenter touch screen. The Presenter has an all-aluminum frame and uses the best commercial components. The 65” 8K model uses the 3M/TES touch sensor with 80 touch points, and the 75” 8K Presenter uses the Displax touch sensor with 40 touch points.
These models are also available as Inline touch displays. The Inline series are open-frame (sometimes called frameless), large-format touch monitors designed for exhibits, cabinetry, kiosks, and other built items and environments.
The Pro, Presenter, and Inline models are all made with all-aluminum frames. They are TAA compliant and designed and built in the USA with globally sourced parts. Reach out to our Sales group if have additional questions about these new products.
