The Tasting Table and Wine Experience will be officially for sale on February 1st. After four months of pop-up events, rigorous testing, and our first permanent installation of the Tasting Table at the New Mexico Wine Studio, the Tasting Table and Wine Experience are available for purchase.

Interactive Wine Tasting Experience

The Tasting Table is a touchscreen table specifically designed for interactive tastings in wineries, wine bars, and other venues. It has a unique design of steel and wood and an optically bonded 55” touchscreen display. At 37” tall, the table is designed for 26.5” high seats (not included) and can accommodate four guests simultaneously.

The Tasting Table comes bundled with the Wine Experience software, which allows guests to engage in an interactive wine-tasting experience. An interactive coaster system unlocks the experience and automatically recognizes which wine is placed on the table. Guests get guided through a series of tasting tips, followed by an interactive aroma wheel. A winemaker or sommelier can mediate the experience, or guests can interact at their own pace.

Owners of the Tasting Table and Wine Experience get to create custom tastings in the cloud-based Content Management System (CMS). They have the ability to upload their own wines and add logos and company information. Additionally, they get access to user analytics showcasing the aromas guests tasted in their wines.

Unified Wine and Grape Symposium

We are celebrating the Tasting Table release at the Unified Wine and Grape Symposium in Sacramento, CA. We will be sharing a booth with the New Mexico Wine and Grape Growers Association, together we will be celebrating New Mexico’s rich wine history with the newest wine-tasting technology. New Mexico is the oldest wine-growing region in the United States, with the introduction of the Mission grape in 1629.

We will be hosting interactive wine tastings in our booth with VARA’s New Mexico Sparkling, which features the Mission Grape Listán Prieto. Come visit us on the 29th or 30th of January in Booth A2315 and be among the first to try this wine-tasting experience.
