An Ideum 65” multitouch Drafting table was delivered to the office of the Sandoval Economic Alliance (SEA) on October 1, 2019. The table, which includes a fully integrated computer system, is popular among engineering, architectural, and construction firms for its power and versatility.
Ideum is proud to be able to support SEA’s efforts to further the economic interests of Rio Rancho and Sandoval County. The Alliance is a dynamic nonprofit organization that has been instrumental in strengthening and diversifying the area’s economic landscape. On Tuesday, Barbara Brazil, Interim President & CEO said:
"SEA is thrilled to accept this generous donation from Ideum, which will greatly enhance our ability to tell our story. It will also show off the cutting-edge technology that is fabricated in this community from a world leader in the Advanced Technology & Manufacturing sector."
Launched in summer 2018, Ideum’s Technology for our Community program is designed to support our region by donating multitouch tables and displays to local nonprofit agencies and government entities. Last year, we donated multitouch tables and products to various local nonprofit organizations such as high schools (Albuquerque Academy, La Cueva High School, Bernalillo High School), organizations working toward social justice (New Mexico Center on Law and Poverty), youth (Warehouse 508), economic development (Sandoval and Albuquerque Economic Development), and public safety (Corrales Fire Department).
This donation program is part of a broad community outreach which includes youth events, conservation programs, and STEM tours. Ideum is proud to be an active participant in the effort to strengthen New Mexico’s economy and educational infrastructure.
If you would like to submit a request to be considered for a donation, please complete our online form. Please note that the program is currently only available to organizations based in New Mexico. While Ideum donates products throughout the year, we can only do so as products become available.
