Our popular Portrait touch and motion-sensing vertical kiosk can now be purchased with an optional Microsoft Azure Kinect system. The Portrait uses the best available commercial components, including a 55” LG commercial monitor rated 24/7 and a 3M touch sensor. This all-in-one system also includes a 10th Gen Intel processor and the latest NVIDIA graphics card. Lockable, secure, and rugged, the Portrait’s all-aluminum frame uses our patented manufacturing process. Like all of Ideum’s touch tables and displays, the Portrait is designed and built in the USA from parts sourced in the US and globally.

The Azure Kinect comes with a powerful set of SDKs for authoring. As Microsoft describes on their Azure Kinect DK site, “Azure Kinect is a cutting-edge spatial computing developer kit with sophisticated computer vision and speech models, advanced AI sensors, and a range of powerful SDKs that can be connected to Azure cognitive services.” With the optional Azure Kinect, the Portrait is perfect for touch or touchless interactive experiences. Check out the spec sheet and cut sheet for the updated Portrait.

We look forward to seeing how our clients use this updated version of the Portrait. Our Creative Services group has been excited to use the new Azure Kinect in recent projects, such as our Digital Dinos exhibit which we developed with the Las Vegas Natural History Museum.
