Aelma Azad is a Video and Animation Specialist at Ideum, where she creates immersive visual experiences that merge technology and storytelling. She has contributed to major projects, including developing storyboards and visual assets for the Valles Caldera National Preserve exhibit, creating 3D models, textures, and animations to bring the Baumann puppets to life at the New Mexico Museum of Art, and producing realistic cloth simulations and 3D replicas for the Museum of International Folk Art’s textile collections. In addition to her 3D work, Aelma produces promotional videos for Ideum, helping shape the studio’s visual identity across projects. With a B.F.A. in 3D Animation and Graphic Design from the University of Colorado Denver and prior experience as a Visual Designer at Los Alamos National Laboratory, she continues to merge design and technology to tell stories that connect audiences to science, art, and culture.
