Designer Developer

Summary

Compensation: Dependent upon Experience.
Position Type: This is a full-time position (40 hours).
Location: On-site in Corrales, New Mexico.

The Position

We seek a designer, preferably with User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) experience. We are looking for someone with an excellent portfolio and a range of styles. You might design interactive exhibits for museums, help with web design, or work on interfaces for some of our software titles for HP and Intel.

User Experience Designer

The Position

We seek a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer to join our interdisciplinary team of designers, content specialists, programmers, and hardware engineers. The User Experience Designer will work across a wide range of projects including museum exhibits and software projects with major tech companies such as HP and Intel. The UED will own, protect, and manage the user experience throughout product and project life cycles.

User Interface and Software Tester Internship

Summary

Compensation: The intern position pays $15 an hour.
Position Type: This is a full-time, three-month (90 days) fixed term internship position (40 hours).
Location: On-site in Corrales, New Mexico.

We seek a full-time User Interface and Software Tester Intern to work with our Creative Services and our GestureWorks (www.gestureworks.com) teams. The User Interface and Software Tester will be a self-starter who will test our applications in various phases of development. The testing may involve touch screens, motion recognition, voice recognition, and other emerging technologies. We will work with the candidate to help learn (tune and devise) the proper testing systems.

The candidate needs to be passionate about new technology and about this position. We are looking for someone who is technologically proficient and has a deep knowledge of PC systems in particular. Visual design and/or programming experience are a major plus. The candidate will need to be able to contribute to technical documentation, customer support, and social media so strong written and verbal and communication skills are required. In addition, the position does require some repetitive work; we need a candidate that is comfortable with repetition and is extremely thorough.

We seek a developer with demonstrated experience and other complementary skills to join our growing team. We are looking for a Web Programmer who is interested in helping to create the next generation of interactive experiences. We are also looking for a self-starter who can contribute right away, but who is also willing to learn new things. We work on research projects, small custom museum projects, and large development projects with some of the world’s biggest tech companies.
