Project Coordinator

Summary

The Position

We seek a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator to join our interdisciplinary team of designers, content specialists, programmers, 3D artists, and hardware engineers. The Project Coordinator will work across a wide range of projects including museum exhibits and software projects with major tech companies such as HP and Intel. The Project Coordinator will help with business development and manage projects through their life cycles.

General Qualifications

We are looking for someone with strong conceptual skills and organizational ability. A strong interest in art, science, history, technology, social issues, and the other topics we explore is also important. (See further qualifications and extra credit in the sidebar at right.)

Sales and Marketing Associate

The Position

We seek a full-time technically minded Sales and Marketing Associate to help us take our business to the next level. Our hardware is unique and popular, we have a good SEO & marketing infrastructure, we receive plenty of leads and sales are growing, but we know we can do better. We are looking for a highly motivated person who can bring energy and commitment to our company.

We are looking for a candidate who can work with our Manager of Sales and Business Development, an existing Sales and Marketing Associate, and our Hardware Specialist to help us build client relationships and conduct sales calls. We also need help with basic product support, marketing, logistics, and quote/bid execution, so impeccable writing and communication skills are required.

The ideal candidate will have a background in selling or supporting products where technical or scientific knowledge is required in areas such as engineering and electronics.

The Position

We seek a full-time Exhibit Technician who can help our group that creates custom exhibits and applications. The job will involve software testing, so the candidate needs to be detail oriented. Excellent written communication skills are also important for client communication and reports. (See further qualifications and extra credit in the sidebar at right.)

The position might also involve the assembly and support of our multitouch tables and touch wall products. Additionally, writing technical documentation for our products might be required along with email and phone support. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with a diverse skill set.

User Interface and Software Tester Intern

Summary

Compensation: The intern position pays $15 an hour.
Position Type: This is a full-time, three-month (90 days) fixed term internship position (40 hours).
Location: On-site in Corrales, New Mexico.

The Position

We seek a full-time User Interface and Software Tester Intern to work with our Creative Services and our GestureWorks (www.gestureworks.com) teams. The User Interface and Software Tester will be a self-starter who will test our applications in various phases of development. The testing may involve touch screens, motion recognition, voice recognition, and other emerging technologies. We will work with the candidate to help learn (tune and devise) the proper testing systems.

The candidate needs to be passionate about new technology and about this position. We are looking for someone who is technologically proficient and has a deep knowledge of PC systems in particular. Visual design and/or programming experience are a major plus. The candidate will need to be able to contribute to technical documentation, customer support, and social media so strong written and verbal and communication skills are required. In addition, the position does require some repetitive work; we need a candidate that is comfortable with repetition and is extremely thorough.
