Ideum offers a range of multitouch hardware solutions to meet the need of any exhibition or installation space. We offer a variety of multitouch tables and touch wall products. In addition, we can design custom touch tables, touch walls, kiosks, and other types of computer-based installations and environments. We have been designing and building multitouch tables since 2008.
Our touch tables, from 46” to 100” in size, meet the needs of just about any installation or application. All of our models are turnkey and constructed of aircraft-grade aluminum or cold-rolled steel, making them perfect for demanding environments.
Our Presenter touch walls range in size from 46” to 65” (75” model, December 2014) and can be mounted on a motorized stand, allowing them to be used drafting- or table-style. Tough enough for public spaces, our touch walls can be hung horizontally or vertically.
We have worked with top museums and cultural institutions, the world’s leading technology firms, along with exhibit design and fabrication firms on a variety of challenging and collaborative projects.
Ideum began developing software tools to aid in the development of its own interactive exhibits. Several years ago, it began to release these tools to other developers with the release of GestureWorks and Open Exhibits. More recently, Ideum has release its first software product, GestureWorks Gameplay for consumer use. Gameplay is also available bundled on HP’s innovative Sprout PC platform.
The multidisciplinary team at Ideum has a diverse set of backgrounds in the arts, cultural heritage, electronics, design, engineering, photography & film, game development, software and web development. We are industrious, curious, and professional and we love what we do.
