Omeka Everywhere

Types of information we collect:

Customer Identifiable Information
The Omeka Everywhere Android application collects no customer identifiable information. The Omeka web sites and its online tools have their own privacy policy available at: https://forum.omeka.org/privacy

Network and Device Information
Connections between the Omeka Everywhere App and collections are anonymous and do not reveal any information about the user or users.

Camera Controls
The application allows for camera controls for QR scanner controls, allowing the application to connect to various digital collections. The user must allow permissions for camera controls to allow for the use of this feature.

Limitation of Liability
There are no guarantees of proper performance of the app and no guarantees of current or future availability. If you are concerned about the stability, performance, or future availability of the app, please do not use it.

Without limiting the foregoing, and to the extent permitted by law, the functions contained in this app, the operations of this app, and all content on this app are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
